tests/i915/gem_exec_reloc: Convert to intel_ctx_t (v3)
v2 (Zbigniew Kempczyński):
- Iterate over tmp_ctx when that's what we're using
- Drop the zero-init of ctx
v3 (Ashutosh Dixit):
- Simplify context creation
