Introduce support for the new Tile4 format, which is
4K column-major tiles consisting of 64B row-major subtiles,
with same base structure as Y Tile(16B OWords * 4)

Rendercopy for gen12+ requires additional aux pgtable. Alter bufops
and tests to use surface[] and ccs[] instead aux. This step is
required to properly rewrite handling aux pgtable to use with
intel_bb.

For gen8+ we need to increment the pointer for interface
descriptor size amount. Otherwise the next indirect item
introduced will overwrite our descriptor.
Apparently this has not caused much havoc as interface
descs has been the last item.

To avoid relocations when intel_buf is used we need to keep previous
offset and context. Add addr structure with offset and ctx fields.

As gem_media_vme uses mostly gen11 there's no need to add _v2
version and migrate from intel_batchbuffer to intel_bb to remove
libdrm dependency.

UV FBs have two color surfaces so extend the igt_buf struct accordingly
to support blitting such FBs.
The patch is produced with the coccinelle patch below.

This patch is renaming all surfaceformat registers to use
names introduced in surfaceformat.h instead of using
per gen definitions

After refactoring media_spin library - gpu_fill contains helper
functions for render copy, *_fill functions and media_spin.
Let's rename this library to gpu_cmds. This name will be more
general.
