soc: samsung: pm_domains: Bring back support for ARMv7 Exynos
Add a new compatible 'samsung,exynos5433-pd' to support both types
of Exynos SoCs:
- ARMv8 (Exynos5433 and Exynos7420) using 0xf,
- ARMv7 using 0x7,
for power domain on/off registers.
The new kernel is not compatible with older DTB.
