omap: cpufreq: Split omap1 and omap2plus cpufreq drivers.
This patch is an attempt to cleanup the #ifdeferry in the
omap cpufreq drivers.
The split betwenn omap1 and omap2plus is logical because
- omap1 doesn't support opp layer.
- omap1 build is seperate from omap2plus.
