Before building the loader communication you need to download Xalan Processor
and copy it to ./lcmodule/tools/xalan-j_2_7_1 folder.

We've been using version 2.7.1 and here is how the contents of
./lcmodule/tools/xalan-j_2_7_1 folder looks like:
serializer.jar
xalan.jar
xercesImpl.jar
xml-apis.jar
