libelf: Removes the package

The elfutils package provides a more recent version of the libelf. Some packages such as ltrace need this more recent version. Having two packages providing the same library leads to some conflicts or dependency problems. For instance at the end we had only one libelf.a when the 2 packages were selected. package: remove the trailing slash sign from _SITE variable

Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk: $(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE)) so it is redundant. This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency. Signed-off-by: Jerzy Grzegorek Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni
