MIPS: Jazz: Migrate to new 'set-state' interface

Migrate jazz driver to the new 'set-state' interface provided by clockevents core, the earlier 'set-mode' interface is marked obsolete now. This also enables us to implement callbacks for new states of clockevent devices, for example: ONESHOT_STOPPED. We weren't doing anything in the ->set_mode() callback. So, this patch doesn't provide any set-state callbacks. Pull MIPS updates from Ralf Baechle: o Add basic support for the Mediatek/Ralink Wireless SoC family. o The Qualcomm Atheros platform is extended by support for the new QCA955X SoC series as well as a bunch of patches that get the code ready for OF support. o Lantiq and BCM47XX platform have a few improvements and bug fixes. o MIPS has sent a few patches that get the kernel ready for the upcoming microMIPS support. o The rest of the series is made up of small bug fixes and cleanups that relate to various parts of the MIPS code. Since commit [e58aa3d2: genirq: Run irq handlers with interrupts disabled], We run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler returns with interrupts enabled (see commit [b738a50a: genirq: Warn when handler enables interrupts]). So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed.
