In ancient times it was necessary to manually initialize the bus field of an spi_driver to spi_bus_type. These days this is done in spi_register_driver(), so we can drop the manual assignment. cw1200: Fix suspend

The cw1200 driver implements suspend and resume callbacks and assigns them to the suspend and resume fields of the device_driver struct. These callbacks are never actually called by anything though. Modify the driver to properly use dev_pm_ops so that the suspend function is actually executed upon suspend and drop the empty resume function. This fixes "lost interrupt" problems that occurred on SPI-based systems. cw1200_irq_handler() expects the hwbus to be locked, but on the SPI-path, that lock wasn't taken (unlike in the SDIO-path, where the generic SDIO-code takes care of acquiring the lock).
