thermal: samsung: Make TMU's MUX address configurable
There is a test purpose MUX in Exynos TMU(Thermal Management Unit) and
it used fixed value up to now while it can be diverged depends on chip
implementation or specific uses.
It now becomes configurable value via device tree.
