- Reverts "drm/amd/display: Revert HUBP blank behaviour for now"
- Hubp blank will fail if the pipe is locked (this is the case on
linux), so add a check to make sure pipe isn't locked, if it is then
defer the blank to post_unlock.

[Why]
Many VR headsets require a HSYNC width of 4, but DCN
has default minimum of 8.

[Why]
For some monitors extreme flickering can occur while using LFC for if
we're not doing the DRR timing update for V_TOTAL_MIN / V_TOTAL_MAX at
the DP start of frame.
Hardware can default to any time in the frame which isn't the behavior
we want.
[How]
Add a new function for setting the double buffering mode for DRR timing.
Default to DP start of frame double buffering on timing generator init.

on some displays that prefer swapped polarity we were seeing L/R images
swapped because OTG_STEREO_SYNC_OUTPUT_POLARITY would always be mapped
to 0

fix initial dal3 implementation to properly update the polarity field

[Why]
vstartup calculation is incorrect due to use 2 number of cursors and
result in an underflow when playing video in full screen mode and
combines graphic plane and video plane.
[How]
Apply new policy for dml calculation.
1 cursor for graphic plane, 0 cursor for video plane.

[Why]
With different refresh rate panels, the PSR entry/exit time is
different since it is dependent on 2 frame entry time today
[How]
Make static screen num frame entry time to be calculated
such that entry time is within 30 ms instead of fixed num
frames.

[Why]
DCN2 and DSC are stable enough to be build by default. So drop the flags.
[How]
Remove them using the unifdef tool. The following commands were executed
in sequence:

Support for DMUB only depends on support for DC. It doesn't use floating
point so we don't need to guard it by any specific DCN revision.

DC will use DMUB for command submission and flow control during
initialization.
Register offloading as well as submitting some BIOS commands are part
of the DC internal interface but are guarded behind debug options.
It won't be functional in amdgpu_dm yet since we don't pass the
DMUB service to DC for use.

[why]
we found using an active DP to HDMI panel that we weren't validating
dp_pixel_format and hardware timing v_front_porch, causing screen to
blank and/or corrupt while attempting a seamless boot.

[Why]
In newer hardware MANUAL_FLOW_CONTROL is not a trigger bit. Due to this
front porch is fixed and in these hardware freesync does not work.
[How]
Change the programming to generate a pulse so that the event will be
triggered, front porch will be cut short and freesync will work.

[Why]
In the previous implementation DRR event sometimes came
in during FP2 region which is a keep-out zone. This
would cause the frame not to latch until the next frame
which resulted in heavy flicker. To fix this we need
to make sure that it triggers in the BP.
[How]
1. Remove DRR programming during flip
2. Setup manual trigger for DRR event and trigger it
after surface programming is complete

[Why]
VTG has a parameter FP2, which is defined as:
if VSTARTUP is before VSYNC:
FP2 = number of lines in between VSTARTUP and VSYNC
else
FP2 = 0
Currently, FP2 is only programmed during "program_timing". However, the
position of VSTARTUP is affected by the prefetching requirements on all pipes,
so the position might change when we do memory request control on another pipe, so we need
to make sure that FP2 stays up-to-date whenever we adjust VSTARTUP.
[How]
- refactor VTG_CONTROL programming into a new function "set_vtg_params"
- call it after calling "program_global_sync"
- make sure it's called after because it relies on the cached dlg params

[Why]
Current periodic interrupt start point calc in optc
is not clear.
[How]
1. DM convert delta time to lines number and dc will calculate the
start position as per lines number and interrupt type.
2. hwss calculates the start point as per line offset.
3. optc programs vertical interrupts register as per start point
and interrupt source.

something that GOP already programmed, in which case
we can decide to some optimizations

Users would like more accurate pixel clocks, especially for fractional
"TV" frame rates like 59.94 Hz.

[Why]
We are not correctly handling the wrap around case.
VLine interrupt is relative to position of VUpdate interrupt.
Both VUpdate interrupt and VLine interrupt could possibly
be in front porch or back porch.
[How]
Fix wraparound case by checking for line number that is
greater than the VTOTAL of the OTG timing. In this case,
the interrupt should occur on the next frame.
Also fix some variable naming and remove some dead code.

1) Rename and make public definition of input CSC matrix struct.
2) Make wm_read_state() function an interface of hubbub, and check
if watermark registers exist before read/write to them.

[Description] interlace mode shows wrong vertical timing.
Interface timing in Edid is half vertical timing as progressive timing.
driver doubled the vertical timing in edid_paser,
no need to double in optc again.

[Why]
Regamma/CTM tests require CRC support
[How]
The CRC registers that were used in DCE exist under different
names in DCN. The code was copied from DCE (in
dc/dce110/dce110_timing_generator.c) into DCN, and changed to
use the DCN register access helper functions.
