b2r2: Improve image quality for large zoom blits
The bilinear filter kernel is essentially reduced in size
so the output is affected by fewer surrounding pixels.
Destination pixels that are close to high contrast edges
can otherwise be contaminated by content from
the opposite side of the edge.
