gpio/nomadik: move the Nomadik GPIO header
This takes the Nomadik GPIO header out of the plat-nomadik directory and pushes it down into <gpio/nomadik> where it belongs. Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
