U8500 CM: Add support to get DSP OST Trace on ARM
Provide two new devices /dev/cm_sia_trace and /dev/cm_sva_trace
that allow any user to retrieve live OST traces coming from DSP component
by doing 'cat /dev/cm_sia_trace > file.bin'.
This traces are till now available through XTI device.
This feature also requires some change in OSTTrace component to be fully
operationnal.
