x86, dmar: start with sane state while enabling dma and interrupt-remapping
Impact: cleanup/sanitization Start from a sane state while enabling dma and interrupt-remapping, by clearing the previous recorded faults and disabling previously enabled queued invalidation and interrupt-remapping.
