ARM: u8500: board-sdi: Use SLEEP cmd for sdi4 (eMMC)
According to the eMMC spec the card needs to be put in
sleep state before the VCC power is cut to the card.
Sandisk iNAND will not be able to re-initialized in a
resume unless this sequence is followed.
