Introduce otg_version field in usb_gadget struct.UDC can advertise
OTG spec version compatibility by setting otg_version field
appropriately. Gadget drivers fill the bcdOTG field in OTG
descriptor based on UDC's OTG version.
Add sysfs file for host_request and UDC returns the same when
HNP polling request arrives from the host.

This reverts commit c7e0c8535d73f8c5bf760926a2bd71c9840cf2ef, reversing
changes made to dfee09c8acf18e84fe197bb5d821d1e4e02d020f.
John Stultz reports that Panda doesn't boot anymore and 'git bisect'
indicated the merge commit itself as the culprit. The resulting kernel
log is:
[ 1.734802] OMAP DSS rev 4.0
[ 1.740417] omap_hwmod: dss_core: _wait_target_disable failed

Revert it so a later version of the arm-soc merge result can be used

For testing the dt work, define a dt-enabled versatile platform.
This patch adds a new versatile platform for when using the device
tree. Add platform and amba devices are discovered and registered by
parsing the device tree. Clocks and initial io mappings are still
configured statically.
This patch still depends on some static platform_data for a few devices
which is passed via the auxdata structure to of_platform_populate(),
but it is a viable starting point until the drivers can get all
configuration data out of the device tree.

So out it goes as well.
The PORT_S3C2400 definition in include/linux/serial_core.h is left there
to prevent a reuse of the same number for another port type.

That file harkens back to the days of the big 2.4 -> 2.6 version jump,
and was based even then on older versions. Some of it is just obsolete,
and Jesper Juhl points out that it talks about kernel versions 2.6 and
should be updated to 3.0.
Remove some obsolete text, and re-phrase some other to not be 2.6-specific.
