This patch updates the PRCMU driver API to be the same
(as far as possible) in U8500 and U4500.
- <mach/prcmu-fw-api.h> has been renamed <mach/prcmu.h>.
- The platform specific APIs have moved to <mach/prcmu-db5500.h>
and <mach/prcmu-db8500.h> (but these should not be directly
included).
- The PRCMU QoS API has been put in <mach/prcmu-qos.h>.

MISC_DEVICES option alone does not select any kernel code and can cause dependency build warnings, such as:
warning: (KS8851 && AX88796_93CX6 && RTL8180 && RTL8187 && ADM8211 && RT2400PCI && RT2500PCI && RT61PCI && RT2800PCI && R8187SE) selects EEPROM_93CX6 which has unmet direct dependencies (MISC_DEVICES)
As the current drivers/misc/Kconfig stands, it is only possible to select the drivers below if MISC_DEVICES option is selected:
source "drivers/misc/c2port/Kconfig"
source "drivers/misc/eeprom/Kconfig"
source "drivers/misc/cb710/Kconfig"
source "drivers/misc/iwmc3200top/Kconfig"
source "drivers/misc/ti-st/Kconfig"
source "drivers/misc/lis3lv02d/Kconfig"
source "drivers/misc/carma/Kconfig"
source "drivers/misc/altera-stapl/Kconfig"
So remove MISC_DEVICES option so that nothing is dependant on it.

The 'switch' sysfs attribute is used for
showing and setting the switch state of the device.
However, setting it from the userspace focibly is not appropriate.
And showing the state can be handled from
other places (e.g. external connector) in a unified manner.
This patch removes the sysfs attribute.
Plus, uevent messages for interrupts are also removed.

Concurrent access to UART2/combo-interface by multiple protocol drivers such
as BT, FM and GPS caused issues during firmware download failure cases or
cases when the firmware download took longer than usual.
This was because of un-safe access to protos_registered & st_states.
Protecting this will also make the registration complete callback un-safe for
sleep.

Some devices need to know if the data is to be output or read, so add a
data direction into the eeprom structure to tell the driver whether the
data line should be driven.
The user in this case is the Micrel KS8851 which has a direction
control for the EEPROM data line and thus needs to know whether
to drive it (writing) or to tristate it for receiving.

Passing device name via platform data, is a leftover from times where
SPI module device table matching was not existent.
* Add id_table and remove old mechanism.
(To my knowledge no intree boards affected)
* Miscellaneous other cleanup.
