2010-08-16libertas: [spi] use common firmware request helper and new firmware locationsDan Williams
linux-firmware puts libertas firmware in /libertas. Fix the driver to look there first, but fall back to the old firmware names if the new ones don't exist. Add preference for newer firmware versions too. Signed-off-by: Dan Williams <dcbw@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
2009-06-15firmware: wireless/libertas: prepare for FIRMWARE_NAME_MAX removalJohn W. Linville
We're going to remove the FIRMWARE_NAME_MAX definition in order to avoid any firmware name length restriction. This patch eplaces the shared FIRMWARE_NAME_MAX definition with a libertas local one. 2009-01-29libertas: if_spi, driver for libertas GSPI devicesColin McCabe
Add initial support for libertas devices using a GSPI interface. This has been tested with the 8686. GSPI is intended to be used on embedded systems. Board-specific parameters are required (see libertas_spi.h). Thanks to everyone who took a look at the earlier versions of the patch.
