From 8b4ae3342dbcb6a0def3a7b3ae7aee633a81e758 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: James Bottomley Date: Wed, 22 Dec 2010 10:24:36 -0600 Subject: eliminate special FLUSH flag from page table This was used to flush a region even if the page table entry had been cleared. In theory this was never necessary, but now we've switched to alias based flushing, the whole set of code associated with it can be dumped.
