This code was added by ST-Ericsson to the mainline code.
Remove it, since its whole purpose was for debugging/testing.
Furthermore Coverity found 4 defects in it.

MMC has been updated with several improvements. Primarily MMC
performance has been improved by using assembler code for low
level FIFO handling. Also some MMC functionality has been added,
e.g. support for DDR and reliable write.
Data and command delay times were incremented, otherwise hangups and
timeouts were observed.
Tested on HREF+ 1.1 V21 and HREF+ 1.1 V32 (Micron PoP).
Following WP depends on this change (more reliable SD card write
support):

The curr_device variable isn't used outside of cmd_mmc, so mark it static
to avoid conflicts with other pieces of code (like sata which also exports
a curr_device). Otherwise we end up with stuff like:
common/libcommon.a(cmd_sata.o):(.data.curr_device+0x0):
multiple definition of `curr_device'
common/libcommon.a(cmd_mmc.o):(.data.curr_device+0x0): first defined here

Many of the help messages were not really helpful; for example, many
commands that take no arguments would not print a correct synopsis
line, but "No additional help available." which is not exactly wrong,
but not helpful either.
Commit ``Make "usage" messages more helpful.'' changed this
partially. But it also became clear that lots of "Usage" and "Help"
messages (fields "usage" and "help" in struct cmd_tbl_s respective)
were actually redundant.
This patch cleans this up - for example:
Before:
=> help dtt
dtt - Digital Thermometer and Thermostat
Usage:
dtt - Read temperature from digital thermometer and thermostat.
After:
=> help dtt
dtt - Read temperature from Digital Thermometer and Thermostat
Usage:
dtt

find_mmc_device returns NULL if an invalid device number is specified.
Check for this to avoid dereferencing NULL pointers.

Here's a new framework (based roughly off the linux one) for managing
MMC controllers. It handles all of the standard SD/MMC transactions,
leaving the host drivers to implement only what is necessary to
deal with their specific hardware.
This also hooks the infrastructure into the PowerPC board code
(similar to how the ethernet infrastructure now hooks in)

common/command.c to display "name - usage" instead of
just "usage". Also remove newlines from command usage fields.

Fixed some broken instances of "#ifdef CMD_CFG_IDE" too.
Those always evaluated TRUE, and thus were always compiled
even when IDE really wasn't defined/wanted.

This is a compatibility step that allows both the older form
and the new form to co-exist for a while until the older can
be removed entirely.
All transformations are of the form:
Before:
#if (CONFIG_COMMANDS & CFG_CMD_AUTOSCRIPT)
After:
#if (CONFIG_COMMANDS & CFG_CMD_AUTOSCRIPT) || defined(CONFIG_CMD_AUTOSCRIPT)
