tests/kms_ccs: Test case for wrong aux buffer stride size
Two scenarios tested:
- unaligned stride
- Stride too small
Since v4:
- Fix SIGFPE if width <= 1024 (Arkadiusz Hiler/Ville Syrjälä)
- Add test for pitches[1]=0 (Ville Syrjälä)
