benchmarks/, overlay/, demos/, tools/, tests/: Add optional Werror.
v2: Initially added Werror by default. Make it optional so it doesn't
break android build and (potential) distros maintaing the package
(Hinted by Damien Lespiau).
--enable-werror will enable -Werror compiler flag.
