tests/prime_nv_pcopy: Use asserts in setup code
Now we even have more fine-grained checking and only skip if the nouveau card isn't supported, but fail properly if something else goes wrong. Signed-off-by: Daniel Vetter <daniel.vetter@ffwll.ch>
