tests/kms_rotation_crc: Don't leave crc running
Leaving crc running nobody reading it may fail tests randomly
with dmesg comment "*ERROR* Overflow of CRC buffer, userspace
reads too slow."
v2 (Maarten Lankhorst): Don't change clean up code but just add
flag for starting crc and stop it at end of test.
