gfs2: Rename SDF_SHUTDOWN to SDF_WITHDRAWN
Before this patch, the superblock flag indicating when a file system
is withdrawn was called SDF_SHUTDOWN. This patch simply renames it to
the more obvious SDF_WITHDRAWN.
