pinctrl: stm32: Optimizes and enhances stm32gpio irqchip
- removes unneeded irq_chip.irq_eoi callback
- adds irq_chip.irq_set_wake callback for possible
in the future GPIO wakeup
- adds irq_chip.irq_ack callback
