CG2900 FM Radio: CG2900 stops responding in FM Tx.
This patch fixes issue of CG2900 chip not responding when the
Overmodulation Interrupt frequency is high(one interrupt per
10 msec). The problem is fixed by changing the Overmodulation
Interrupt frequency to one interrupt per 100 msec.
