ux500: prcmu: add icn2 bypass control for sga clock
Due to a bug in db8500 v2, ICN2_CGATING_BYPASS in PRCM_CGATING_BYPASS must be
set before enabling SGA clock. This patch adds request_sga_clock() which is
called instead of request_reg_clock() for SGA clock.
request_sga_clock() calls request_reg_clock() function after taking care of
ICN2_CGATING_BYPASS.
