input event name discovery

Overview
--------
This program prints the input events name by opening each /dev/input/eventX
device, running an ioctl for fetching the name and printing it.

Compile
-------

  $ make
  $ ./ep

a possible output could be:

  event0 is Cherry GmbH wired keyboard
  event1 is Cherry GmbH wired keyboard
  event10 is HDA Intel PCH Line Out
  event11 is HDA Intel PCH Front Headphone
  event12 is HDA NVidia HDMI/DP,pcm=3
  event13 is HDA NVidia HDMI/DP,pcm=7
  event2 is PixArt USB Optical Mouse
  event3 is Power Button
  event4 is Power Button
  event6 is Video Bus
