Increase FSMC data-phase timing for ethernet controller SRAM transfers
The ethernet controller reportedly suffers data corruption of transfers from
SRAM through the Flexible Smart Memory Controller on some PDK boards.
Increasing the data-phase timing for the transfers fixes these problems.
